My stay at W Mexico City was overall enjoyable, though there were a few hiccups. I appreciated the prompt response to a noise issue early in my stay, and the service was consistently excellent. However, I encountered some annoyances with room service charges and a few maintenance issues that could be improved. Yet, the vibrant location and friendly staff truly made my experience nice.

I recently stayed at W Mexico City, and while the location in Polanco is fantastic, my experience was mixed. The room was spacious but showed signs of wear, and the blackout curtains didn’t fully block out the light. The service from the concierge was great, but the front desk staff left much to be desired. which was disappointing for a hotel of this caliber.
